If I get disconnected during my game play what should I do?
Try to reconnect and resume your game at the exact point you left. It may take several minutes so please be patient.
I get the error message "Cannot find dsound.dll" or "Cannot find ddraw.dll". What should I do?
If you are getting one of these error messages you need to download the latest version of DirectX which can be found at the Microsoft DirectX download page. Please click on the "Home User Downloads" and then on the latest version of Direct X.
I have Game Freezing/Loading Problems.
Now and again due to a computer not matching the minimum system requirements, video card problems or by not having the latest video card drivers games will freeze or not load at all. Please complete the following steps to try and correct your problem.

How do I Uninstall/Re-Install?
Please exit out of the casino and all other programs you have running. Click on Start from your menu bar, then select programs and find the casino. Here you will select uninstall and wait for the process to complete. (Alternatively you may click on my computer/ control panel then add remove programs).
You will then need to install the software again from your CD-Rom or the Casino website. Now you can begin to restore your account.
Launch the casino and proceed to the Login Screen, then select register/activate. Select Restore Existing account, type in the requested details and you will be able to use your existing account once again.
