Bad Beat Jackpot

PlayboyGaming's Bad Beat Jackpot starts at $2,500 and increases in increments of $150 per day beginning at 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time. In order to qualify for the Bad Beat Jackpot all of the following poker hands must be beaten.

Texas Hold'em: Four-of-a-Kind with a minimum of Jacks or better beaten. In order to qualify, both cards in the hole must be utilized in the winning and losing hands.

7 Card Stud and Omaha Hi & Hi-Lo: Any four-of-a-kind with a minimum of Jacks or better where at least two of the cards used in the four of a kind are cards in the hole.

There is no rake in addition to the rake taken for each hand in order to fund the Bad Beat Jackpot.

If a player is part of a poker hand that qualifies for winning the Bad Beat Jackpot, PlayboyGaming's software will credit the player's account automatically.

The prize pool will be allocated in the following ways:

• For .5/1 table:
  • 25% of the total Bad Beat Jackpot will be awarded on PL and NL tables. Note that FL is not included.
• For 1/2 table:
  • 50% of the total Bad Beat Jackpot will be awarded on PL and NL tables. 25% will be awarded on FL tables.
• For 1.5/3 table:
  • 75% of the total Bad Beat Jackpot will be awarded on PL and NL tables.
• For tables of 2/4:
  • 50% of the total Bad Beat Jackpot will be awarded on all FL tables.
• For tables of 2.5/5:
  • 100% of the total Bad Beat Jackpot will be awarded on all NL and PL tables.
• For tables of 3/6:
  • 75% of the total Bad Beat Jackpot will be awarded on FL tables.
• For tables of 5/10 or higher:
  • 100% of the total Bad Beat Jackpot will be awarded on all tables.

50% will be awarded to the qualifying losing hand.
25% will be awarded to the qualifying winning hand.
25% will be divided among all remaining players who are active at the table or in the alternative, who were participants of the hand when the qualifying hand was dealt.

Qualifying Hands:

1. Bad Beat Jackpots are to be paid out only when players are engaged in real money games. Tournament hands and other types of games do not qualify for the Jackpot.
2. Texas Hold'em: Four of a Kind with a minimum of Jacks or better beaten. In order to qualify, both cards in the hole must be utilized in the winning and losing hands.
3. 7 Card Stud and Omaha Hi & Hi-Lo: Any four of a kind with a minimum of Jacks or better where at least two of the cards used in the four of a kind are cards in the hole.
4. Both the winning and losing hands must engage in a showdown.
5. There must be a minimum of 3 players dealt into the hand.
6. 3 Aces on the board does not qualify a player for the Bad Beat Jackpot.
7. Players who sit out a hand do not qualify for the Jackpot.
8. In the event of two hands simultaneously qualifying for the Jackpot at the exact same time, the hand with the lower number will be awarded first, and the hand with the higher number will be awarded second based on what is remaining in the Jackpot after the first qualifier has been paid or on a percentage basis of $2,500 (whichever is higher).
9. The time used when qualifying for the Jackpot will be the time stamped by the PlayboyGaming server that appears on the hand history for each player.
10. Each player must participate independently and is prohibited from telling opponents how to behave or reveal their hand to other players at the table. Any player in violation of this rule will be disqualified from the Jackpot for that hand.
